The employment law hub in Maidenhead is headed-up by Marc Jones

Marc is a Partner at IBB Law and has specialised in all areas of employment law and human resources for over 20 years. He qualified as a barrister before transferring to become a solicitor.

He acts for directors, employees, workers, partners, independent contractors, in addition to organisations in multiple sectors. This has included both employment and commercial related disputes in the employment tribunal, county court and High Court, which has ranged from restrictive covenants and boardroom disputes to TUPE and discrimination. He also provides advice on employment data protection issues.

He has acted as solicitor/advocate in employment tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.  Some of these cases have been reported in the legal journals and the media. His experience as an advocate provides his clients with additional expertise when it comes to employment tribunals and strategies for the most complex cases.

He is one of only two solicitors in the country who provides free representation to appellants as part of the Employment Law Appeal Advice Scheme (ELAAS) at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
