Zara Fraczek-Streeter

Zara joined IBB Law in May 2024 as a Solicitor in our Residential Development team.

Zara assists senior lawyers with all aspects of the acquisition and disposal of sites for residential and mixed-use development. This includes advising on restrictive covenants, easements, affordable housing, leases, planning, highway agreements and agreements for supply of services.

Zara trained and qualified at a regional law firm in Reading where she gained considerable experience in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions for a variety of clients.
