Velli Martin

Velli is a Senior Associate in the Property Development Team.

Velli qualified in 2014 and brings extensive commercial property experience to the team. Prior to joining IBB Law in 2024, Velli was an in-house property solicitor in a prominent company in the social care sector, handling all transactions and advising the company on property-related risks. Velli’s diverse background has equipped her to provide commercially-minded advice and support to clients ranging from large corporates to small businesses.

Outside of work Velli enjoys keeping active with tennis and (sometimes) running, and spending time with her family.
