Terri Warren

IBB’s Real Estate team welcomes the appointment of Terri Warren who joins as a senior associate in the firm’s Reading office on 13 June 2022.

Terri is a lawyer with more than ten years’ experience within the real estate sector, specialising in the residential development and social housing sector, acting for developers and landowners.

Terri will work alongside partners, Gemma Coles, and Miles Eckersley, and will provide dedicated commercial real estate and residential development support from our Reading office.

An avid hockey player of many years, competing in various tournaments, and unafraid to go in for the tackle, Terri’s energy, dedication and commitment are traits which she exhibits on and off the pitch.
