Sonia joined IBB Law following a merger with Owen White Solicitors in January 2023.

Sonia joined Owen White as a trainee solicitor in 2018 and qualified into the Property Disputes Team in 2019.

Sonia is experienced in dispute resolution and property litigation matters. She advises on a broad range of property matters including possession actions, disrepair claims, injunctions, boundary disputes and rent arrears. Sonia also advises on other general housing management and landlord and tenant matters.

Sonia’s clients include Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Managing Agents, Residential Management Companies and Private Landlords to name but a few.

Prior to joining Owen White, Sonia’s experience included 2 years of private practice experience working with business clients and private individuals advising on a range of complex matters. Sonia’s experience during her time at Owen White has included a secondment working in-house for Heathrow Airport Limited. This experience has enabled her to understand business clients, their needs and processes and how work with them to achieve the outcome they desire.
