Malcolm Underhill
Malcolm is an experienced litigation solicitor. For over 15 years he has specialised in acting on behalf of those who have suffered harm at school, taking legal action in the High Court and County Courts to secure justice for those who have suffered at the hands of individuals and schools.
For 10 years he was a school governor, including the role of Chair of Governors.
He has shared his professional experiences with fellow lawyers, training solicitors across the country to ensure that their clients receive full compensation for the impact of others on their clients’ well-being.
Over his career, Malcolm has written externally published articles and appeared on radio and television.
