Machelle Jan

Machelle Jan is a senior associate in IBB’s Residential Development team handling disposals and acquisitions for a number of developers.

She deals with all aspects of residential and mixed-use development including site investigations, conditional contracts, affordable housing, option agreements, overage agreements and infrastructure agreements.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Machelle gained experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal at Eversheds Sutherland and the London Borough Of Hillingdon.

Key Dates: Qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.

Promoted to Senior Associate as of 1 November 2021.
