Laurence Warnell

After 27 years of practising as Erhardt & Warnell, Laurence joined IBB Law as a partner in the residential conveyancing team on 01 July 2021.

Laurence has a wealth of expertise in the legal process involved with residential conveyancing and property matters and dealing with the associated financial transactions as well as commercial properties and development work. Laurence acts for many HNW individuals and families and a number of companies involved with property and student university accommodation development.
