Jennifer Cartledge
Jennifer Cartledge joined IBB in August 2019 after working at a local Thames Valley firm for the last nine years. Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience in both residential and commercial property and works in the New Homes Team. She is primarily involved in site set ups for developer clients.
Jennifer began her legal career in 1998 at a large national firm of solicitors where she qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Since qualifying, Jennifer has worked in both residential and commercial property departments for both national, regional and high street law firms.
Jennifer has many years of experience in dealing with property matters including residential development, site acquisition, residential and commercial leases, options, property refinance, sales, purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and auction sale and purchases.
