Jade Griffiths-Heath

Jade graduated from the University of Law in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. She is part of the Wills, Trusts and Probate Team at IBB.

Jade’s experience includes; drafting simple and complex Wills including Wills for vulnerable individuals, advising on the inheritance tax position, tax planning, advising on powers of attorney and court of protection work. Jade regularly assists clients with the probate process by collating details of the deceased’s assets and liabilities and completing applications to HMRC and the probate registry.
