Caroline Cowley

Caroline until recently joining IBB led the Property Disputes Team at Owen White.

She has particular experience in advising developers on all aspects of property, development and land contract disputes, as well as contentious construction issues and is a specialist in claims under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Caroline also has considerable experience advising Registered Providers of Social Housing and Local Authorities in property management matters.  She also deals with commercial and other landlord and tenant dispute work including breaches of lease, forfeiture, disputes regarding restrictive covenants and leasehold issues.
