Anisa Sula
Anisa is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Her work includes advising clients in respect of a broad range of matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholders arrangements and general commercial matters.
Anisa graduated in Law with 110 Cum Laude from the University of Bologna. She went on to complete her LLM in International Business Law at King’s College London followed by her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Anisa speaks English, Italian and Albanian.
