Andrew Hayward

Andrew joined IBB Law following a merger with Owen White Solicitors in January 2023.

Andrew is a Partner in the Corporate and Business department, dealing with transactional work including company and business sales, corporate restructuring, business start-ups, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.

Andrew also advises clients on a variety of commercial agreements, including information and technology agreements, distribution and agency agreements, contracts for the sale and supply of goods and services, intellectual property exploitation and protection and outsourcing arrangements.

Andrew works closely with Jane Masih and Russell Ford in our Franchising Team, drafting franchise and related agreements and advising both franchisors and franchisees.

Andrew also advises on employment matters, drafting employment contracts and policies and advising clients on their use/operation in practice.
