Alex Mitchell

Alex Mitchell is a very experienced Conveyancer working within the Residential Conveyancing team.

Alex has over 20 years worth of experience in working in the field of residential conveyancing.  Alex is a fee earner and Conveyancer at IBB and deals with residential conveyancing transactions of both freehold and leasehold properties including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity release lifetime mortgages.  Alex also has experience in dealing with both negotiated and statutory Lease Extensions both in representing Lessees and Lessors and Alex also has a portfolio of Lessor clients for whom he acts in relation to Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variations.

Alex also has experience and knowledge in dealing with finalising transactions from exchange of Contracts through to completion and in dealing with the post-completion process through to registration having assisted Gary Bunce on the majority of his conveyancing transactions whilst working with Gary Bunce at Bunce Solicitors and also during his time with IBB.  This requires an ability to consistently work to timescales and deadlines to ensure the smooth progression through to completion of each property transaction.
