Working at IBB Law: Hear from Sonia Jordan, Partner in the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency team

In this video, we speak to Sonia Jordan, Partner in the Restructuring and Corporate Insolvency team based in the Thames Valley.

Sonia joined IBB Law in 2021 after working in city law firms for 20 years, and whilst working the city has a thrill to it, Sonia describes working at IBB Law as the “perfect home” for her. Sonia is the primary carer for her 12-year-old daughter and conveys how IBB has afforded her the flexibility to manoeuvre around the demands of ordinary living and being a working mother.

Sonia’s final comment on the collegiality and support at the firm sums up IBB’s work culture: “It’s not something that you can manufacture, it’s quite organic, it has to be grown as part of ethos of the firm”.
