Working at IBB Law: Hear from Mithun Rabheru, Partner in the Residential Development team.

In this video, we speak to Mithun Rabheru, Partner in the Residential Development team.

Mithun reflects on the rewarding aspect of being in the development sector, delivering sometimes hundreds of houses where there is a shortage of homes. He says there is a great “sense of pride and achievement, and you do feel like you’ve contributed towards something bigger.”

Mithun’s IBB journey began 3 years ago when he joined the firm as a Solicitor, progressing quickly up the ranks to Partner, and winning the Thames Valley Young Property Person 2021 Award along the way. Mithun attributes his career progression to IBB Law being good at “recognising talent and rewarding hard work”. In terms of supporting his ambition and career goals, he says “IBB have encouraged me to achieve my potential and push me forward, they’ve supported me where I’ve needed the support.”
