New Partner Appointments Boost IBB’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate and Commercial Offerings

IBB Solicitors – regarded as one of the foremost law firms in the West London, the Thames Valley and the Western Home Counties region for SMEs and owner managed businesses – has reacted to increasing demand for its real estate and corporate and commercial services with the announcement of two partner appointments.

Harriet Jones, became a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice on 1 May 2019. She joined the firm in November 2016 as Senior Solicitor and has been key to the team being recognised as a ‘regional heavyweight’. Harriet regularly counsels corporate clients, financial institutions, management teams, and business owners on a variety of M&A transactions. In addition, she provides ongoing contractual legal advice to High Street banks.

Miles Eckersley, will join the real estate practice as a partner on 1 June. Miles, who has more than 18 years’ experience in property and construction law, joins from DMH Stallard where he has been a partner for 3 years in their residential development team.

He has particular expertise advising on social housing and regeneration projects across the south of England adds additional expertise to a practice that is recognised as being one of the leading property and construction legal advisers in the South-East with clients that include Bellway Homes, Aviva, Renault UK and Frontier Group.
