IBB Solicitors Expands Private Client Practice

Leading West London and South Buckinghamshire-based law firm IBB Solicitors today announces the transfer of the business of Bunce Solicitors to the firm and with it the appointment of its principal Gary Bunce as a new partner to IBB’s private client team.

Bunce Solicitors are property specialists dealing in many aspects of property law including commercial property, residential conveyancing and landlord-tenant matters. The transfer will be completed on 3September 2012 and from this date onwards Gary Bunce and his staff will be working for IBB Solicitors, based in the Private Client office in Chesham.

IBB Solicitors’ residential conveyancing team is part of IBB’s private client practice in South Buckinghamshire and advises on all aspects of buying, selling and mortgaging of high-value property. The team, led by partner and head of private client group Gillian Outram, is accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme and is on the panel of all major mortgage lenders in the UK. Gillian Outram said:

“We are thrilled that Gary and his team have joined us. This is another stride forward in our strategy to grow our private client office. It follows the recruitment earlier this year of the childcare team from Hodders Solicitors, and last year’s expansion involving new consultants Ray Brown from Brown & Co, Jeremy Gibbs and clients transferred from Francis & How.”
