IBB promotes Marketing and BD Director to non-lawyer partner

IBB Solicitors has promoted its Marketing and BD Director, Abby Winkworth, and its Operations Director, Joanna DeBiase, to the partnership as of 1 June 2010. The firm has now converted to a Legal Disciplinary Partnership.

Abby is the firm’s first non-lawyer partner. An experienced client development director, she joined IBB in 2007 to drive the firm’s marketing strategy and advises on strategy, business development, client retention, brand and communications.

Joanna has been IBB’s Operations Director since 2009 and is responsible for HR, information services, IT, facilities and internal audit. She qualified in 1992 and joined IBB in 1999.
