IBB Law acts in £157 million warehouse disposal
IBB Law has acted for the landowner in a £157 million disposal to British Land of an exceptional urban logistics site.
The 12.5 acre site comprises warehouse space currently let to occupiers Amazon, Euro Car Parts and the North London Waste Authority.
The development – led opportunity located within the M25 provides British Land with an excellent medium term prospect to deliver an urban logistics hub for Central and West London.
