IBB’s Real Estate Group Strengthened With Partner Promotions: New Law Journal
IBB Solicitors has announced two partner promotions in its real estate group. Shital Mehta is promoted from senior solicitor to partner in the new homes team, having served as team leader for the past six months. Christian Le Gouais has been promoted from senior solicitor to partner in the residential development team.
Shital joined IBB Solicitors in 2002 and have developed a wealth of experience in a wide range of residential property matters with particular expertise in advising on high value transactions for both private individuals and corporate developers. Christian ispecialises in the full range of residential and mixed-use developments and has acted for a number of the largest residential and mixed-use developers in the country.
