IBB Solicitors Advises on the Sale of Ardmore Group

IBB’s Corporate Commercial Team, advised the owner (David Walker) of Ardmore Group (specialists in language and educational travel programmes (to students from all over the world) in the UK, Europe and the US), on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Ardmore Language Schools Limited, the parent company of the Ardmore Group to Cognita Limited (a global leader in independent education).

The IBB team advising David Walker was led by Adam Dowdney (Partner) and included Azra Yousuf (Trainee Solicitor) of the Corporate Commercial Team as well as Richard Devall (Employment Partner), Jeff Elphee (Real Estate Partner). The seller was also advised by Paul Gilbert and its accountants, Elman Wall.

Cognita were advised by EMW Law LLP and PwC.
