Partner Promotions 2020

Leading South East firm IBB Solicitors has announced two new partners in its 2020 promotion round.

Sarah Jackson will become a partner in the Commercial Litigation team and will be responsible for heading up the firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice, a significant area of growth for firm.

Sarah is an experienced commercial litigator who specialises in company litigation, predominantly involving the Companies Act, Insolvency and high-value professional negligence actions involving solicitors, accountants and financial advisors.

Steven Hayward will become a partner in the Construction & Engineering team.  Steven principally advises clients in relation to disputes that arise with construction and engineering projects (whether that be by way of adjudication, court proceedings, arbitration and/or ADR processes).   Steven joined IBB as trainee solicitor and has played a key role in growing the Construction and Engineering practice.

The promotions, which take effect on 04 May, take the total number of partners to 31. The IBB partnership now has female representation of 44%. They will also be the first promotions into the new LLP entity, IBB Law, which takes effect as of 01 May 2020.
