New Contentious Probate Partner for IBB Law

IBB Law LLP is pleased to welcome Paul Grimwood to the Private Client Group from 1 May. Paul joins as a partner and the leader of the wills disputes and contentious probate team based in Uxbridge.

IBB’s well-established team is one of the few in the region with a specialist focus on family disputes arising from wills, trusts and probate. Paul joins Amanda Melton, Rekha Toor and Catherine O’Reilly and is keen to get started on IBB’s further growth plans. Sadly, over the pandemic period we have seen a rising mortality rate and an increase in these disputes. The team can offer in depth advice to executors and family members before and during any type or size of trust dispute.

Paul joins IBB from Hart Brown where he was Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution team. Paul has more than 30 years experience and favours a proactive pragmatic approach to resolving complex and high value trust disputes.
