IBB Law’s Education Law Team is quoted throughout an article in the TES titled: GCSEs 2021: Teacher grades ‘bias’ legal battle looms.
The TES contacted IBB for comment as they were aware that parents are already contacting lawyers over concerns that this year’s teacher-assessed grading process for GCSEs and A levels will lead to lower marks from teachers “biased” against their children.
