IBB Solicitors announce LLP and name change

Leading South East firm IBB Solicitors is delighted to announce its conversion to a Limited Liability Partnership. From 01 May 2020, the firm will become IBB Law LLP, trading as IBB Law.

Joanna DeBiase, Managing Partner says of the change in structure.

I am delighted to announce that today IBB will become an LLP. This change has enabled us to review the firm’s constitution and move to a more modern structure that better reflects the size and profile of our firm. The project plan did not originally include the COVID19 pandemic, but I am incredibly proud of my team for working hard and getting the new firm launched on schedule, despite the unexpected challenges.

The change of our name to IBB Law reflects the more modern structure.
