IBB Law advises on the Investment in Logiq Consulting by Phoenix Equity Partners

IBB recently advised the directors and founders of Logiq Consulting Ltd on the terms of the equity investment into the business by Phoenix Equity Partners.  The IBB team consisted of Adam Dowdney and Harriet Jones, Partners, Tim Cargill, Legal Director and Fiona Kelleher, Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial Team, Richard Devall, a Partner in the Employment Team and Katherine Bereza, Associate in the Commercial Property Team.

Founded in 2018, Logiq is an information and cyber security consultancy, who’s high profile clients have some of the most stringent and complex security needs.  Logiq is perhaps best known for its secure cloud platform, DISX® which provides Defence Contractors with a solution to deliver into, and communicate securely with, the Ministry of Defence.

Adam Dowdney said of the transaction:
