IBB Law Advises on the Buyout of Norwegian Log

IBB recently advised Ed Taylor and Paul Williams, the management team in the buy-out of Norwegian Log, on the terms of their equity arrangements with Ethos Partners. The IBB team consisted of Adam Dowdney, Partner, Ami Bhatt, Senior Associate and Nerys Dadey, Trainee Solicitor, in the Corporate & Commercial Team, Richard Devall, Partner and Jasmin Dhillon, Senior Associate in the Employment Team.

Norwegian Log manufactures and supplies a range of bespoke premium log building products to both private and commercial customers, across a range of end user verticals throughout the UK. The transaction achieved exit for the existing management and supported the new management to achieve the strategic growth of the business supported by equity investment from Ethos Partners.
