IBB Advises on the Sale of Portman Compliance

IBB advised the shareholders of PortAll Limited (trading via Portman Compliance) and Nanstrad Limited (an associate company) in selling their shares to Compliancy Services Limited which included a roll-over for one of the shareholders. The IBB team consisted of Adam Dowdney, Partner, Ami Bhatt, Senior Associate and Nerys Dadey, Trainee Solicitor, in the Corporate & Commercial Team and Richard Devall, Partner in the Employment Team.

The disposal achieved the exit for the shareholders who were engaged in the compliance solution business and provided the company, and the rolled over shareholder who heads up the new division at Compliancy Services, with great future growth opportunities. This has achieved economies of scale and expertise for the whole team.
