Priority Change of Circumstances Service for Tier 2 Sponsors
From 7 November 2016, Tier 2 Sponsors can take advantage of a new priority service to expedite processing of Change of Circumstances forms from 18 weeks to 5 working days. The following requests can now be made via the priority service:
- in year certificate of sponsorship (CoS) allocation
- follow on CoS allocation
- add new Level 1 user
- replace an authorising officer (AO)
A maximum of 20 priority service requests will be accepted each day. The cost of the services is £200 per request.
