IBB’s Real Estate Group Strengthened With Partner Promotion

West London’s leading law firm, IBB Solicitors is pleased to announce the promotion of senior solicitor Gemma Coles, to partner in the commercial real estate team. Her promotion will be effective from 1^st May 2017.

Gemma joined IBB Solicitors in 2011 as a solicitor in the commercial real estate team. Over the years, Gemma has gained significant property experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Having worked with a variety of clients including, developers, investors, financial institutions, and charities, Gemma has become multi-disciplined and an expert in all her trades.

She is a trusted advisor to all of her clients who expect not only advice on the pros and cons of the legal aspects of property transactions, but also clear decisive advice based on what they aim to achieve.
