A New Home for IBB Private Client
On 22 September 2023, we said goodbye to our Chesham office (The Bury) which has for many years been our main office for the provision of Private Client legal services.
The good news is that we will not be far away and nothing will change in relation to the services we provide to you. We are now excited to be able to share with you that our new replacement offices will be in Beaconsfield, a very short distance from Junction 2 of the M40. We will be in a beautiful rural setting with fantastic natural views, in a building that is more environmentally friendly and sustainable and which offers privacy for our clients with ample parking and the opportunity to host events similar to those we have had at The Bury in previous years.

We will have vacated The Bury by 22nd September 2023 and will be moving into The Great Barn on Monday 16th October 2023. Our teams will be relocating to our Uxbridge office in the 3-week interim period whilst the fit-out works at The Great Barn are completed.
Where we hold documents for safekeeping on behalf of our clients such as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Deeds, we will continue to arrange for these to be held by us in safekeeping. However, for security and confidentiality reasons, we will not hold them on-site in our new office.
